To qualify for a FREE CaptionCall phone, reach out to our office to obtain certification of your hearing loss and the difficulties you experience during phone conversations.
To qualify, you must meet the following CaptionCall requirements:
- Hearing loss that necessitates the use of captioned telephone service.
- Internet connection and standard home phone connection.
- Professional Certification Form certifying your hearing loss.
