About Us
Dr. Linda Kiser has been an audiologist for more than 29 years. She began her career in Audiology while managing the audiology department at Lutheran Hospital in Wheat Ridge Colorado. After 11 years at D. L. Teter, Ph.D. & Associates at both Lutheran Hospital as well as the Wilmore center, Linda moved onto manage the Audiology Department at Swedish Medical Center. It was there, that she decided that she wanted to have a more direct connection with the patients and helping them to hear better.
She eventually returned to the West Denver Metro Area, primarily Wheat Ridge and Golden, Colorado to begin her own private practice in 2002. It was there, that Mountain Peak Hearing Associates was born. Linda managed, worked and ran Mountain Peak Hearing for 16 years, a two office practice when she decided to sell the business. While Linda had no intention of leaving the field of Audiology, she realized that the philosophy she held “treating patients like family” was in direct opposition to the new ownership of “profit-driven sales”. After watching the new ownership change the practice to a sales practice, Linda came to the realization that there were very few people who truly cared for her patients the way she did. Linda eventually left the old practice.
Many patients began to connect directly with Dr. Linda once she was gone and it was there that she decided to bring quality hearing care to patient’s homes. Linda began seeing patients again, traveling to patient’s homes to treat their hearing loss and care for their hearing needs. It was there that Dr. Linda restarted her practice as Dr. Linda Kiser, Mobile Audiologist.
Linda is the mother to two beautiful children, Christopher and Karissa, who are both attending the University of Wyoming. Linda and her husband Wayne have been married more than 29 years, they love to ski, hike, and recreate in the beautiful Colorado mountains.
